Bharatesh Vidya Mandal (BVM or Gurukul as it is more commonly known) Bellad Bagewadi, which was founded on 10-05-1959 on Akshay Trutiya By the inspiration & Holiness of Parama Pujya Gurudev 108 Shri Samant Bhadra Muni Maharajaji. Shree Bharatesh Vidya Mandal is the sub-trust of Bahubali Vidya Peeth, Bahubali Dist: Kolhapur. BVM or Gurukul has made a remarkable landmark in the growth and progress of education for rural and background people to fulfil the Educational needs of the general public that too at their nearest place. Ever since the trust has been considered as premier trust of this region having its reputation in the minds of not only students but also among the general public.
Shree Bharatesh Vidya Mandal, Bellad Bagewadi has a totalof 100 Acres of Land in its name. Out of 100 Acres of land, 25 Acres of land is Non-agricultural, which is utilized for the construction of Institutional Buildings as per the Standards and norms of Various authorities of Schools and colleges. And rest of the space is kept for future expansion and the Games and sportsplaying field. The remaining 75 Acres of land are meant for Agriculture, and the product of this 75 Acres of land is utilised for the development of the Institution.
Down the year the BVM Campus has seen a lot of growth, But the vision of the founding fathers that education alone can ensure the development of the Individual and the Nation Continues to guide its activities. The BVM is committed to making the Campus a 'Centre of Excellence' in Education.
The BVM or gurukul has provided good infrastructure with spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories a widely admired library, other facilities and above all a team of well experienced dedicated teaching faculty, Office & other supportive Staff to make the BVM Campus an Ideal Centre of learning for interested students. Today the BVM runs Primary Schools, High Schools, and Colleges many other useful and relevant courses are in the pipeline.
